Distribution:
Established at Middleton Junction (SD8804, DP Earl, 1991, conf. A Newton).
Habitat:
Dense scrub on a roadside bank.
Taxon Designation:
South Lancashire Axiophyte.
Comments:
This is another of the ‘North Wales’ species. The Middleton Junction
record is thought to be the first record for England. A record from Fallowfield
(SJ8593, DP Earl, 2002) requires confirmation.
