Distribution:
A localised bramble to be found within a few kilometres of Oldham.
Habitat:
Hedgerows and field scrub.
Taxon Designation:
Local Endemic; South Lancashire Axiophyte.
Comments:
Similar to Rubus echinatoides with the long white notched petals but
with a stem that lacks stalked glands. The leaflets are characteristically convex.
