Rubus tricolor Focke
- Chinese Bramble
This map has been generated by Mapmate 20/11/2011
Distribution:
Now widely planted for ground cover especially within cities and towns.
Habitat:
Amenity plantings by roadsides, at railway stations, in car parks, also within
woodlands.
Comments:
Neophyte, native to China. In some woodland locations the planting of this species
will inevitable result in the demise of the woodland ground flora. On the plus
side the raspberry like fruits are of an excellent flavour.
