Habitat:
Once a feature of dune-slacks and wet lowland heaths.

Taxon Designation:
UK BAP Priority Species; Nationally Scarce; Endangered; Species of Principal Importance in England; Species of Conservation Importance in North West England.

Comments:
This species is thought to be extinct in the vice-county with the above records being from the mid 19th century.
