Distribution:
Widespread but somewhat localised.
Habitat:
Waste ground, tips, streamsides, shaded banks, meadows, and in marshy ground
by reservoir.
Comments:
Neophyte, native to mainland Europe; plants are established at several locations
usually nearby to habitation. The earliest record trace was at a field at end
of Warwick Street, Southport (SD3415, DP Earl & SP Toone, 2003).
