Now abundant along the motorway systems and several of the trunk roads. Note the comments made back in 1992:
“Most common along the A57 dual carriageway at Barton. Also seen along the East Lancs Road at Ellenbrook and the M62 from motorway bridges. This species may well be common along the motorway systems and will no doubt be so in the near future. A small colony occurs at the eastern entrance to Agecroft Colliery (SD8000)”.
