Recently found between Daveyhulme and Eccles (SJ79N, MPG Tolfree, 1999-2000) possible
within the Salford Borough.
Formerly an occasional weed of cultivated fields especially in the company of
Italian Rye-grass. It was amongst Italian Rye-grass at Eccles that plants persisted
for the six years preceeding the publication of Buxton’s Guide (1849).
