A perennial species was present on the Irwell banks by the grounds of the Students'
Village, Lower Broughton (SD8200, DP Earl, 1991) ) the identity of which is yet
to be established.
There is a Greater Manchester Plant Atlas record for Worsley (SD7500) the source
of which needs to be traced.
