Locally frequent along the old mineral line of the Manchester Ship Canal (SJ7292; SJ7293; SJ7395, DP Earl, 1991); Blackleach Reservoir (SD7303, S O’ Hara, 1998). Note the recent railway ballsts records from between Clifton and Agecroft. There are historic records from near the bottom of Hope Lane, near Eccles (Crowther, Wood 1840); Agecroft (Grindon 1859).
