First observed in the woodland to the north of Worsley Vicarage (SD7400 &
SD7401, 1991). Additional plants has since been found about the canal basin at
Worsley (A Locksley, 2007 & DP Earl, 2012) and at Roe Green (DP Earl &
P Bowdler, 2009). There are also records from along the railway line west of Salford
Central Station (SJ8298, 2001) and at Ellenbrook (SD7201, 2002).
This species is clearly bird-sown and with time will become more widespread.
