Once a localised plant of wet woods with records from Worsley Woods (SD7400) and
The Cliff (SD8201) during the 1991-1992 survey with an additional record from
(SJ7397, Institute of Terrestial Ecology, 1979). Note the number of post 2000
records suggesting that this species is increasing in frequency probably as a
bird sown escape from nearby allotments.
