Widespread but occasional.
Habitat:
A feature of amenity plantings in woods, along disused railways, canals and
central reservations.
Comments:
Neophyte of horticultural origin. Plants are established from the rooting of
disposed garden waste at a number of locations. The earliest record traced is
from Chorlton (SJ89B, AR Franks, 1997).
