Now widespread near habitation.
Habitat:
Roadsides, railway banks, waste ground and tips.
Comments:
Neophyte, native to North America. Plants are increasingly escaping from cultivation
and readily suckering from gardens to adjoining land. The earliest record traced
is from Stretford Tip (SJ7893, DP Earl, 1983).
